This Mutual Aid Fund is our way of bridging the distance between you and your immigrant neighbors, so you can participate in the ongoing mutual support that our community offers one another. Donations to this fund will:
Provide $500 of immediate relief to the family of someone detained by ICE
Cover the cost of a passport card for a child of an immigrant
Print materials for Know-Your-Rights education and legal clinics

The Unity Partners of Unidos South OC are monthly donors. This team increases our sustainability so we can continue to provide year-round holistic care for our immigrant and US-born neighbors.
We have partners who give $10/month and others who give $2,000/month. What matters more than the zeros is the heart behind them.
One of our emerging initiatives is DOJ-Recognized Immigration Legal Services, which will provide pro-bono legal support for the South OC community.

The Orange County Rapid Response Network is teaching people like you how to legally observe immigration enforcement to promote accountability and deter violence.
Email us at immigration @ unidossouthoc.com if you’re interested, and we’ll notify you when they host their next training in South Orange County.

“El Pueblo salva al pueblo,” (the people save the people) is a recognition that those most impacted by a situation are those most qualified to address it. For those of us whose life experiences are peripheral to the immigration system, it is a reminder to step back and follow the wisdom of community leaders.
