One of the things our neighbors deal with is very dense housing. Our neighborhood is FOUR TIMES MORE DENSE than San Juan Capistrano as a whole. That means there are a lot of people in one house, with no backyyard or clubhouse. Our students just need a place to be together. This space will be inviting and fun. A place to just be themselves.
